The Jabra Evolve2 75 features similar to last year’s model with some key variations. First off, weight has been significantly reduced from 286g (reduced from 286). Furthermore, its design is now sleeker and more elegant with a shorter boom arm microphone and a more discrete charging base.
The Jabra Evolve2 75 comes equipped with advanced noise cancellation technology. Utilizing three chips and eight microphones that distinguish your voice from that of others in the room, its noise canceling technology filters out unwanted noise so you can focus on work without distraction – perfect for noisy environments as well as homeworking!
The Jabra Sound+ app enables you to select the ideal level of active noise cancellation (ANC). It will also assess your hearing profile and match its sound with it for maximum comfort and personalized experience.
No two pairs of the Evolve2 75 will ever sound alike! Music playback was great too with excellent mids, highs, and bass response; I tested these headphones out with different tracks from the Squid Games pilot episode and The Eagles’ iconic Hotel California track delivering rich detail, deep bass response, and reasonable depth.
The Jabra Evolve2 75 stands out from many headsets by offering prioritized audio streams for computer audio while phone or music playback is temporarily stopped, providing you with greater concentration when needed. This feature typically only found on higher-priced headsets makes focusing easier.
There is a HearThrough button on the right ear cup that enables you to listen back into the world around you and take calls or hear colleagues if they walk up behind you.
It’s an invaluable feature for those who find it tedious to take off and reapply their headset every time they need to talk with someone, and then replace it after finishing a conversation.
Koss SB-45

- Ideal for gamers
- Features anisotropic ferrite magnets
- Freq resp: 18hz-20khz. Sound level - 103dB SPL/1mW
- Oxygen-free copper voice coils improve signal transmission & conduction for a clearer & louder sound
The Koss SB-45 headset enjoys an excellent reputation on Eham for being an outstanding value bargain headset, selling for about $25 including shipping both on Amazon and some Walmart stores.
It looks similar to the Yamaha cm500 headset, which also receives rave reviews here; plus its dynamic microphone can be swapped out for a condenser mic that will work with ICOM radios if needed.
The SB-45 delivers crystal-clear sound. Its dynamic element features anisotropic ferrite magnet structures for increased sensitivity and reduced distortion at all volume levels, offering premium sound at all levels of playback.
And with an 18Hz-20kHz frequency response range, music and games come alive with rich full-range sound!
The Koss Clear Voice Technology noise cancelling electret condenser microphone effectively cuts out background noise to ensure your voice comes through clearly in PC applications like speech recognition.
It features soft leatherette ear cushions for long-lasting comfort without creating pressure points, an adjustable headband to fit most head sizes, and fold-up storage; making this headset great for compact storage in briefcases or backpacks for on-the-go transportability.

Razer has recently introduced its latest budget headset offering: the Kraken X.
This updated budget headset uses the same frame introduced with the BlackShark V2 two years ago and utilizes TriForce drivers from their revised BlackShark lineup; as such it delivers impressive bass response with clear highs and positional audio in an analog headset format.
The Razer Hammerhead headset also comes packed with surprises. It offers 7.1 surround sound support that’s typically only found on USB headsets with their own audio command center software, while also supporting console platforms like PS4 or Xbox One for added immersion.
Plus, this lightweight and comfortable headset makes gaming sessions far less of a chore than some of Razer’s other products!
There are, however, a few issues with the microphone. First of all, it picks up quite a lot of background noise; not to such an extent that you can no longer understand what people are saying but enough for me to switch over to my wired PC microphone for this review.
Furthermore, its directional mic often picks up my own voice even while I am sitting still.
The other issue with the Kraken X is its sound quality.
While using its Synapse software to adjust EQ settings can make a noticeable improvement, they’re no magic fix.
Since its ear cups don’t place as much focus on treble as BlackShark models do (making music sound flat and lifeless while vocals remain clear), without much treble helps high-pitched instruments like guitars or pianos to sound natural – although not my least-preferred gaming headphones such as Corsair HS50 do standout among such options for their superior audio output quality.

Logitech H800 headphones are an ideal choice for anyone working from home who requires comfortable headsets that are light, compact, and easy to use.
Their lightness, compact size, and user-friendly controls on each ear cup allow users to manage volume levels, change tracks, or mute the microphone as needed – plus there’s also a USB micro cable to charge it via.
Their microphone works exceptionally well without noise interference or distortion; easily picking up voices clearly for video calls on Facebook/FaceTime as well as voice calls over smartphones or PC/Macs.
These headphones deliver fantastic sound quality while remaining extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods.
With generous padding on both ear cups, these can accommodate people of various head sizes; and fold up neatly into a bag or purse for easy storage; Controls on either side of the ear cups allow users to play/pause music, change tracks, increase volume levels, and mute mic.
Pairing works smoothly as these headphones can connect directly with Bluetooth-enabled phones without issue.
These headphones feature low latency connections with your computer, enabling you to enjoy seamless gaming without audio delay.
Their built-in mic provides high recording quality so your teammates will hear you clearly; furthermore, the companion software offers customizable EQ settings and presets to customize sound according to personal taste.
Logitech H800 headphones are an excellent choice for gamers seeking headsets with microphones. Their lightweight construction makes them comfortable to wear for hours on end while their microphone picks up your voice clearly and loudly.
Their great range makes them suitable for gaming, music listening or Skype calling among friends or family – their only limitation being an Xbox variant that cannot connect wirelessly with consoles.

The Cleer Audio Alpha wireless noise cancelling headphones are high quality, well-made headphones with top battery performance and powerful distortion-free audio that offer enhanced wearing comfort, adaptive active noise cancellation, spatial audio reproduction, multipoint connectivity, ambient mode support, and an on-ear microphone designed to minimize background noise during calls.
Available in midnight blue and stone color variants.
The Alpha is equipped with 40mm ironless drivers that deliver natural and detailed sound quality, yet are lightweight and comfortable enough for long listening sessions.
Offering wide frequency response range, crisp highs, and deep and rich bass tones. Compatible with Android and Apple devices as well as PCs/laptops – including PCs/laptops that use Qualcomm aptX Adaptive codec for wireless streaming; equipped with a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 25 hours of listening sessions on one charge!
Though they don’t match up to Sony WH-1000XM4 or Bose 700 headphones in terms of sound quality, these versatile wireless cans do an admirable job overall. Dirac Virtuo can enhance the experience, or you can leave it off altogether; either way, these speakers make for a brawny yet organized listening experience that never ceases to entertain.
The sound has enough detail to paint an accurate portrait, and there’s enough dynamic range to bring out even subtle harmonic variations. Even when challenged by aggressive 808s or skittish hi-hats, they remain fully in control, never sounding flat or unnatural.
These headphones don’t isolate as effectively as some of their competitors and external sounds can still be audible when suppressed – train noise is still audible for example – yet they still perform admirably and their impressive battery life will easily last through a full working day without running out of charge.
They’re also very affordable, with an MSRP of $249 and discounts at leading online retailers – worth giving serious consideration if you need an ANC headphone but can’t break the bank!

Sennheiser’s GAME ONE Gaming is designed for such experiences – its wired design connects directly to a PC, console, or mobile device using 3.5mm Stereo and Microphone Plugs while its minimalist aesthetic caters to gamers looking to spend hours questing; no RGB Lighting Or Excess Brand Graphics Need to Showcase Brand Identity Here
This headset’s design is lightweight and modern, featuring slight movement in both its ear cups and headband. Not too bulky or heavy, yet built to last; velvet ear cups sewn rather than glued onto their respective cups ensure they won’t dislodge over time like other headsets do.
Plus, there’s a wheel on the right ear cup that lets users twist it to adjust the volume or toggle the mic without fiddling with buttons or menus in-game to change audio settings – a convenient feature suited for people who don’t like fiddling around with buttons or menus in-game for audio settings adjustments!
Though not as high-end as HyperX or Razer’s flagship headsets, GAME ONE still makes an outstanding choice.
It boasts natural sound quality while remaining comfortable to wear for prolonged use; bass might be lacking slightly for RPGs where the soundtrack plays an essential part; its 50-ohm impedance means it works with most phones, tablets, and desktop computers without needing an amp or DAC separately – perfect for newcomers to gaming headphones; it comes equipped with its own carrying pouch and two cable adapters to make using it even simpler when on-the-go.

The BlackShark V2 Pro is an impressive upgrade over its predecessor in nearly every way: better design, more comfort, long battery life, and an exceptional microphone that excels for online gaming. Furthermore, EQ profiles work across PC and PlayStation consoles.
This headset boasts an eye-catching aesthetic and is composed of plastic throughout, providing a refreshing change from its typically cheap metal construction. Additionally, its headband flexes slightly for comfort around the ears and head; additionally, its large earcups comfortably fit most heads.
Razer’s Triforce Titanium 50mm drivers boast individually tuned highs, mids, and lows to produce crisper audio with more color. EQ settings on the BlackShark V2 Pro’s Synapse software offer easy access to its many sound-enhancing options – including adding voice gates or increasing vocal volume without increasing clarity – as well as decreasing plosives when pronouncing vowels or consonants.
BlackShark V2 Pro’s USB receiver for radio transmission and Bluetooth 5.2 support make it compatible with an array of devices, from computers with wireless access and 2.4GHz connection to consoles such as Xbox or Sony PS5. Furthermore, its 3.5mm audio jack allows it to work with mobile phones if required.
One button on the right earcup allows users to quickly switch between various EQ settings optimized for popular games like Apex Legends, Call of Duty, and CS: GO. Those looking for more precise adjustments can do so using the Synapse app.
The microphone is a 9.9mm condenser model with a 32kHz sampling rate and high-pass filter to reduce the low end of your voice.
Additionally, its noise cancelling feature can be enabled in Synapse software to block ambient sounds; or turned off entirely so your teammates can hear you clearly. In addition to that, there’s also a mute button, volume knob, and LED status indicator built-in.

Furthermore, these headsets feature a built-in microphone for phone calls as well as high-quality sound production and have up to 20 hours of playback on a single charge!
Sony is well-renowned for producing superior audio electronics, and the WH-1000XM5 Wireless headphones are no exception.
Boasting some of the industry’s finest noise cancellation, they’re among only a select few headphones that allow ambient sounds when taking off the headset and resume playback when put back on.
In addition, Wearing Detection automatically pauses music when removed and then resumes when put back on – an excellent feature that eliminates manual pausing/resuming!
These headphones boast enhanced voice recognition abilities with eight mics and PVP technology, making Siri and Google Assistant easy to use without delay. In addition, the WH-1000XM5s can automatically launch Alexa once their wake word has been spoken out loud.
Control-wise, the WH-1000XM5s have an ergonomic design with touch-sensitive surfaces on the outside of each earcup for intuitive gestures. There are physical buttons you can press and hold for additional commands as well as an NC/AMB button that enables hear-through mode for greater awareness of surroundings.
The WH-1000XM5 also supports Bluetooth 5.2, which offers superior wireless streaming performance than older versions.
In our tests, these headphones were able to maintain strong connections even in open spaces while quickly pairing with devices using Google Fast Pairing and supporting multipoint connectivity allowing up to two devices at the same time.
Notably missing from the WH-1000XM5 is NFC compatibility – which would allow you to simply tap them on your smartphone’s backside to pair. But they do include Spotify Tap support which makes playing music from Spotify much simpler than before.
